Last Updated: 19.07.2026
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the Aurilix website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Michał Mazurek in Kraków, Poland. In these Terms, "Aurilix", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Michał Mazurek as the operator of the Service.
We may change these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of that change.
You may not use information or insights obtained via the website or application to compete directly with Aurilix.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You may not use the Service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or overload the Service, evade usage or access controls, or use automated means to extract non-public Service data except with our permission or as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, abuse, a security risk, non-payment, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service.
Data Controller
The data controller for the Service is Michał Mazurek. The correspondence address is Rynek Główny 27, Kraków, Poland. You can contact the controller at hello@aurilix.com.

- Consent: to send optional marketing emails when you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Legal obligation: payment, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
Collected Information and Data Handling
We handle your data as follows:
- We store account and authentication information, settings, subscription details, and usage information needed to operate the Service.
- We store the information and configuration you provide and the alerts, reports, analyses, generated outputs, source data, and related metadata the Service creates or collects for you.
- Your inputs, generated outputs, and relevant public content may be processed by external data and AI service providers to provide Service features.
- We may email you service messages and reports. If enabled or otherwise permitted by law, we may also send product announcements, feedback requests, and other updates.
- The Service logs usage and technical information for maintenance, debugging, security, and abuse prevention. Application logs are ordinarily retained for 30 days.
- Except for records retained for legal, security, backup, analytics, or operational reasons, account data is retained for as long as your account exists.
Categories of Recipients
Depending on the Service features you use, we may use the following categories of providers:
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, background processing, and operational logging.
- External data, public-content, and AI providers for collecting, generating, and analyzing results.
- Product and web analytics and affiliate-attribution providers.
- Email delivery and product-announcement providers.
- Customer-support providers.
- Payment and merchant-of-record providers for payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, and transaction support.
- Third-party integration providers you choose to connect to the Service.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account through the Service where self-service deletion is available, or you can contact us. You may need to end active paid services before deletion becomes available.
Deleting an account removes its primary account record and ends access to the Service. Historical results and derived analytics may remain outside the primary account database after deletion. Application logs may remain for up to 30 days, and copies may remain temporarily in backups and provider systems under their retention periods, security requirements, or legal obligations.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record according to their policies and applicable financial regulations. We do not store your full payment-card details.
Contact us to request erasure of personal data that remains in historical results, email or support correspondence, or analytics systems. We will apply any exceptions required or permitted by law.
Protection and Disclosure of Personal Information
Aurilix shares personal information only with employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, and the categories of service providers described above, where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Aurilix will not rent or sell your personal information.
Other than to the recipients described above, Aurilix discloses personal information only when required by law or when Aurilix believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Aurilix, third parties, or the public at large.
Cookies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, product and web analytics, affiliate attribution, and customer support.
Payments
Depending on the Service, purchases are processed by Paddle, Stripe, or their affiliates acting as payment provider or Merchant of Record, as identified at checkout. The applicable provider handles payment-card processing, taxes, receipts and invoices, fraud prevention, disputes, and transaction support.
Plans may include a free trial, recurring subscription fees, usage-based charges, additional seats, usage credits, included usage or limits, or a combination of these, as shown in the Service and at checkout. By subscribing or making a purchase, you authorize the applicable provider to collect the displayed recurring fees, one-time charges, usage charges, and taxes.
Where trials or usage credits are offered, their duration, value, permitted uses, and expiry are shown in the Service or at checkout. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
You can manage or cancel paid services through the available billing portal. Cancelling does not automatically refund fees or usage charges already incurred, or credits already purchased, used, or expired, except where required by law or approved by the payment provider.
Prices, usage costs, expiry periods, included usage, and account limits may change prospectively. Material changes to paid plans will be presented as required by law.
We rely on external providers and public sources. They may change, provide incomplete or inaccurate data, block access, or cease to be available at any time. Except where required by law, we do not issue refunds solely because an external source or provider changed or became unavailable.
Automated and AI Outputs
Automated or AI-generated alerts, analyses, summaries, scores, classifications, extracted mentions, sources, and similar outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, stale, or inconsistent. Public source data may also contain errors or omissions.
The Service is intended to help you monitor information, identify patterns, and investigate opportunities. Its outputs are not legal, financial, medical, marketing, or other professional advice and do not guarantee any particular result.
You are responsible for verifying important information and deciding how to interpret and use the results.
Your Content
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority needed to submit content and connect integrations, and that the content can lawfully be processed as described in this policy. The Service, its software, design, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Public source material and third-party or AI-generated content may be subject to separate rights.
Affiliate Programme
Affiliate participation and compensation require prior permission from us by email. Affiliates who operate without permission are not entitled to compensation.
Affiliates who behave in a way that conflicts with the interests of Aurilix, such as bidding on the same keywords, waive their right to compensation.
